Today has been a day of accents.....Craig Lewis and Studney Kirby then you and Rebecca....
I love the international flavor of our corner of the internet. So much fun.
Great show by the way. Cheers to Rebecca and getting to the finish line at OCC.
I love a good day of accents hahaha thanks for listening and supporting, I could have listened to Rebecca for a lot longer!
Dude, I am using words like chap, flat and mate PLUS pronouncing the word about as aboot
It is all changing......HAHA!!!
Alright me ol’ mucker, glad you’re enjoying a bit of the Queen’s on the show.
Just don’t let all these new phrases go to your loaf of bread!
(I’m going to have to get a Geordie or a Scouser on soon… that’ll really blow your mind!)
message me if you have no idea what any of that means! 😝
ZERO f'n clue what you just wrote here but I'm all in on a loaf of bread.
Can I eat one while you teach me? 🤣
😂😂😂
Basically... 'Hello my friend, I'm glad you are enjoying listening to the Queen's English on the show.
'Just don't let all these new phrases go to your head'.
Loaf of bread is Cockney rhyming slang for head!! Like apples and pears is stairs, or dog and bone is phone! 😂
Geordie and Scouse are two dialects spoken in the UK in Newcastle and Liverpool... check them out!
I love this thread so much 🤣
