Why trail running means so much to so many of us
Happy Sunday friends, I hope you had a chance to reset and recharge this weekend, and there was some good trail time to be had. I got out with a great group and enjoyed myself immensely.
I’m going to start a new feature on the occasional Sunday here, where we go into the vault and re-post a favourite story or podcast. I’ve had so many new subscribers that some of you may have missed some of my favourites, and that’s the idea with this, to spotlight those good ones. I hope you enjoy this idea and I’d appreciate it if you let me know whether you do or not :)
Trail running is the best
We’re starting with a really fun one from March 2022, where I asked a bunch of you why you love trail running. You filled out Google Forms and I took all the responses and weaved them into whatever you want to call these posts! A quasi-fictional trail-running story that was challenging to put together but so much fun. The post originally went out to 156 people, so I’m thrilled to be sharing it today with nearly 1100 of you. I had to break the story into two pieces because of all the amazing responses I received.
