EXTRA! EXTRA! Read the Trail Running Film Festival needs entries!
A special Thursday edition callout for creators
The Trail Running Film Festival is taking place in March and April of 2023. Before the showings start, the features need to be chosen. And that’s where all of you trail-running creators come in! The festival is accepting submissions for one more month as the deadline is January 7, 2023. That means you can submit that amazing video you’ve been working on all this time!
There are some great creators in the trail-running world. We are fortunate to watch all kinds of awesome stuff and know there is even more out there. If you have created something(or know someone that has), send it in(or tell that someone to submit theirs)!
Another great thing about the Trail Running Film Festival is the festival wants to celebrate everything and everyone in the community. It’s about inclusion at its core and that’s a great place to start. The festival wants to celebrate stories from all over the world and anywhere in the pack. It’s about the entire community and the film festival is a chance to celebrate that community!
All Are Welcome
All ethnicities and races, all genders, all sexual orientations, all religions, all countries of origin, all languages, all abilities, and all ages.
The Trail Running Film Festival is committed to being active collaborators working towards an equitable future where everyone is celebrated on trails and within our broader culture.

Yes, the Trail Running Film Festival is coming to Vancouver! Stay tuned for more details, but if you’re interested in getting involved, send me a message. This is going to be a lot of fun and I’m thrilled to be playing a part in it.
One month to go
With the deadline being January 7, 2023, there is still plenty of time to submit. For those of you who are really keen, that’s plenty of time to go through pre to post-production, right? You’ve been thinking about those super cool shots now that the snow is here (or whatever weather you may currently be calling “normal”), so get out and get after it! The Trail Running Film Festival is awaiting and your creation may be running all over the map very soon.
